Unclutterer is the blog about getting and staying organized. A place for everything, and everything in its place is our gospel.
Unclutterer, launched in January of this year, is quickly becoming the premier website for home and office organization. It is a website not just for the helplessly disorganized who would lose their heads
if they weren’t attached or pack rats looking to put their stashes on a diet, but also for obsessive compulsive neat-freaks looking to squeeze even more order into their lives.
Unclutterer’s diverse staff of contributors produce two to three posts a day with suggestions for streamlining spaces and possessions so that readers can be more efficient at work and enjoy a more relaxing and serene environment at home. Additionally, special features on the website, like Extreme Minimalism Monday and Unitasker Wednesday, keep readers entertained and informed.
Jerry Brito is the founder and editor of Unclutterer. Erin Rooney Doland, Matt Niemi, PJ Doland, and Brian Kieffer are regular contributors to the website.
Unclutterer is not about asceticism, but about getting rid of (or preferably avoiding) distractions that prevent people from enjoying a modern, luxurious life. It’s about smart consumption, not no consumption. As Albert Einstein said, “Things should be made as
simple as possible, but not any simpler.”
